Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the delay of 345 days in filing the restoration petition in W.P.SR No.75809 of 2020 in W.P.No.17505 of 2013 is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
