ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 341, 506(ii), 392 of I.P.C r/w 397 of IPC, in Crime No.40 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused snatched gold chain from the defacto complainant. Hence the complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that all the accused persons have waylaid and robbed a gold chain from the defacto complainant. He further submits that there was 2 previous cases pending against the petitioner which are similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there are 2 previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
