C.M.P.No.18797 of 2024 in CMA(PT)/SR.58623/2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this petition, the intending petitioner seeks condonation of the delay of 842 days in paying the deficit Court fee. In the affidavit in support of this petition, it is stated that the appeal was presented prior to the constitution of the Intellectual Property Division. Since the length of delay has been computed from the date of presentation of the appeal, it is stated that the delay period has been computed at 842 days. Upon examining the reasons set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this petition is allowed as prayed for. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
