JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed seeking to set aside the Judgment and Decree, dated February 05, 2014 made in A.S.No. 17 of 2012 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam, confirming the Judgment and Decree, dated February 17, 2012 made in O.S.No. 312 of 2010 on the file of learned District Munsif, Sathyamangalam, 2.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.R.Swetha, representing for Mr.R.T.Doraisamy, learned Counsel on record for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and filed a "Memo for Withdrawal" dated June 24, 2025 to that effect.
