ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12429 of 2020 vide order dated 25.08.2020, whereby the petitioners are directed to stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and the petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the learned Judical https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magsitrate, Jeyamkondan on 08.12.2020 and thereafter on the date fixed by the concerned Magistrate.
