The petitioner has filed the present petition to suspend the sentence of imprisonment in the judgment dated 21.01.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, FTC, Ariyalur in Spl.SC.No.63/2021 and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Post the main case as per the seniority.
