Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal submitted by the 5th respondent management dated on 9.9.2014 with regard to approval of the petitioner appointment as Middle School Headmaster w.e.f. 9.11.2012 with all consequential benefits in light of the decision Pramati Educational Cultural and Others vs. Union of India and Others reported in 2014 (4) MLT 486.

O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Middle School Graduate Headmaster by the 5th respondent. The application submitted by the 5th respondent for approval of appointment was rejected by the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent vide order dated 03.06.2014. The said order was challenged by the petitioner before the second respondent on 09.09.2014. Since follow up action was not taken by the second respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 03.06.2014 on the file of the third respondent, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
