By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The case of the petitioner is that while he was working as a driver in the respondent transport corporation in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation at Thiruthani Branch, he was transferred to Koyambedu Depot - II, on 06.09.2013 with malafide intention. Thereafter, he sent a representations to the respondents on 07.07.2014 and 19.09.2014 seeking retransfer, which were not yet considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.R.Y.George Williams, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Kannan Kumar, learned standing counsel for the respondents.

4. This Court, considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representations dated 07.07.2014 and 19.09.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
