(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11354 of 2020 vide order dated 03.08.2020, whereby the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
