ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Cr.No.22 of 2021 on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that First Information Report in Cr.No.22 of 2021 for the offences under Section 498 (A), 406, 506 (2) and Section 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, was transferred to SRMC Police Station. The investigation in this case was completed and final report was filed before learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee. Final report was returned for the reason that proper documents were not produced. 3.In that case, this Court directs the respondent Police to represent the final report with appropriate documents. On such representation of final report, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamalee, is directed to take the case on file in the manner known to law immediately. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 22.06.2023 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order ep
