The petitioner is working as Non-Medical Officer at Government Primary Health Centre, Kanniseriputhur. The petitioner was transferred to Kanniseriputhur Primary Health Centre, which is about 45 kms away from his residence. The petitioner in fact opted for Pandalgudi Primary Health Centre and appeared for counselling held on 11.12.2014. However, he was posted at Kanniseriputhur Primary Health Centre. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to accommodate him at Pandalgudi Primary Health Centre.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the petitioner could be accommodated in the post of Non-Medical Supervisor at Pandalgudi Primary Health Centre, as there is a vacancy.

3. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.02.2015 in the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
