Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned orders in his proceedings No.E1/1620/2013/M dated 12.02.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to promote the petitioner as Motor Driver Grade - 1 with retrospective effect from the date on which his juniors, viz., the 4th and 5th respondents got promotion as Motor Driver Grade-1 with all monetary and other attendant benefits.
