2. The petitioner challenges the impugned order passed under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. It is not in dispute that an appeal would lie against such an order. The petitioner is granted liberty to file an appeal. If such an appeal is 2/4
filed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same will be entertained by the appellate authority without reference to limitation. If the petitioner files an appeal within the time limit as aforesaid, the impugned order will be kept in abeyance till the disposal of the appeal.
