The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The suit was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide its judgment dated 27.10.2021. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff has produced a letter of his client dated 25.09.2021 authorising the counsel to receive the refund of Court fee. He added that this communication which is already produced by him in the Registry but it appears to have not brought to the notice of the Court.

3.This Court now finds the communication of the plaintiff to his counsel dated 25.09.2021 authorising to withdraw the Suit and to receive the Court fee on his behalf.

4.Accordingly, the Registry is now directed to correct the last sentence in the judgment dated 27.10.2021 and it is required to rephrase as follows: "The Registry is required to refund the Court fee to the counsel of the plaintiff viz. V.T.Balaji as per law."
