(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13745 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions till 13.11.2020 and thereafter, the petitioner has been absconding and he did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 11.09.2020.

3. In view of the same, the petition for modification stands dismissed. The petitioner shall continue to comply with the conditions regularly as directed in Crl.O.P.No.13745 of 2020 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
