This Petition is filed to strike off the proceedings against the Petitioners in CMP.No.475 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court at Alandur. 2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Respondents filed Petition under Section 17, 18, 19, 20 & 22 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 for various relief. There is no specific allegation of committing domestic violence by the Petitioners is made in the said Petition against the Petitioners. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
3.Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners and perused the records.
4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to approach the Additional Mahila Court at Alandur with appropriate application for relief claimed by the Petitioners, if the Petitioners were not involved in the domestic violence against the Respondents 1 to 3 and their names were unnecessarily impleaded as Respondents in the Petition filed before the Additional Mahila Court at Alandur in CMP.No.475 of 2021. If such an application is made, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Alandur is directed to hear the parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Accordingly this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
