PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2013 for payment of pay part time salary from the date of his initial appointment and for the B.T.Scale of pay from 23.09.1994 as Vocational Instructor at 5th respondent school as per G.O.834 dated 23.09.1994.

ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for payment of salary of part time job from the date of initial appointment in the scale of pay applicable to the BT Assistant.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner was initially appointed as part time Secretarial Assistant and subsequently brought under the regular establishment and his service was regularised. However, the salary as applicable to the post was not paid to the writ petitioner. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent on 15.10.2013.
3. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 15.10.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
