(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph 5(c) imposed by an order dated 28.09.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15245 of 2020 by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every Morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
