The above miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the legal heir in the place of deceased writ petitioner P.Munusamy in the above writ petition.

2.It is seen from the records that during the pendency of the above writ petition, the petitioner died on 30.11.2017 leaving behind his wife Mrs.Arputham, daughters Shabina, Asha,Usha and Divya and son Ashok as his legal heir.

4.There is no objection from the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent to entertain this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
