O R D E R
This Original Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed to set aside the Ex-parte Award dated 22.02.2014 in A.C.P. No.56 of 2013 passed by the second respondent.
2. After the matter was settled down between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, the matter is taken up today for reporting the settlement.
3. Both the Parties along with their respective Counsel are present today.
4. The learned Counsel for the parties would submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court and the mediation report has been produced before this Court.
5. The parties have agreed that they are aware of the contents in the terms and conditions of the
agreement entered between the parties.
6. In view of the aforesaid statement of both the parties and submissions made by the counsel of both the parties, the mediation report along with settlement agreement signed by the parties is hereby recorded and the same shall form part of the record.
7. Registry is directed to refund the Court Fees as prescribed under Section 69(A) of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955.
