2. Even though the order of this Court dated 26.02.2015 has been communicated to the respondent, the officer, who is present before this Court, has stated that after recovery of amount only, he came to know about the order of this Court.

3. Mr.V.Haribabu, learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes), submits that the officer has been instructed to pay back the amount to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes), the respondent is directed to refund the amount to the petitioner before the end of this week. No further clarification is required in this order.
