The petitioner has challenged the punishment order dated 30.01.2019 in G.O.Ms.No.23 Home (Pol.1A) department, dated 30.01.2019. Against the said punishment order, the petitioner has filed a Appeal (Review) Petition on 25.09.2019 before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

both respondents. However, it has not been disposed. The petitioner had also sent a reminder to the Appeal (Review) Petition on 05.11.2020.

2.Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to dispose the Appeal (Review) Petition by the petitioner dated 25.09.2019 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
