ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12523 of 2020 dated 07.09.2020, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12523 of 2020 on 07.09.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.12523 of 2020 dated 07.09.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
