ORDER

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. This court is of the view that, as the relief sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give protection to the petitioners for reconstruction of the demolished stone wall and for putting up the barbed wire fence in petition mentioned property and that the writ petition is of the year 2014, the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the case.

2. In such view of the matter, this court has no other option, but to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
