This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C praying to set aside the order of III Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai made in Ejt.S.No.55 of 2004 dated 25.04.2005. For Petitioner :

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the learned III Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai in Ejt.S.No.55 of 2004 dated 25.04.2005.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of the joint memo filed by the decree holder and the judgment debtor viz., petitioner herein before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the copy of said Joint Memo, the revision petitioner has agreed to pay the rental arrears and pay a newly fixed rent in respect of the residential building. There is also a clause in the aforesaid Joint Memo wherein the revision petitioner/judgment debtor had undertaken to withdraw the instant revision and the respondent/decree holder had undertaken to withdraw the execution proceedings. The copy of the Joint Memo is taken on file and the same shall form part of the Record.

4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the lines of the Joint Memo filed by the decree holder and judgment debtor.
