O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12994 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12994 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
