Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to modify the bail conditions in para 5(d) imposed upon the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.13722 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 in Crime No.791 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, K-10 Koyambedu Police Station, Koyambedu, Chennai. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the bail conditions in para 5(d) imposed upon the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.13722 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 in Crime No.791 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, K-10 Koyambedu Police Station, Koyambedu, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.13722 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
