When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is informed that the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition has been redressed and the retirement benefits had been given to him. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this writ petition and the matter has become infructuous. 2.
In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected W.M.P. stands closed. No costs.
