(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the 2nd condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 31.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11436 of 2020, whereby the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every day daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
