Respondent - -- - - - - The learned counsel for the respondent submits that subsequent to the passing of the Arbitral Award, the petitioner has settled the claim of the respondent. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle stating that the respondent shall not execute the impugned Arbitral Award against the petitioner. In terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is disposed of and consequently, Arb. O.P. D. No.106691 of 2021 is rejected in S.R. stage.
