This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 263 days in filing the above Criminal Revision. 2.This matter was listed in Advance List on 24.11.2023. Thereafter, the same is listed today and taken up for hearing. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unaware of the disposal of the judgment since his counsel before the lower appellate Court not informed about the same. Due to which, there was delay of 263 days.

4.Despite service of notice and name printed in the cause list, no representation for the respondent. Hence, he has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. 27.11.2023 vv2 Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
