The writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to cancel the subdivision of survey number in SF.No.52 of Vedapatti Village, Salem Disrict as S.F.No.52/1, 52/2, 52/3, 52/4 and 52/5 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up, Mr.M.Habeeba Rahman, Government Advocate representing the respondent State represents that acting upon the petition that has been given by the petitioner on 23.04.2024, the respondents have scheduled the enquiry to be conducted on 28.05.2025.

3.The learned Government Advocate states that the enquiry will be completed within a period of eight weeks. The statement is recorded.
