This application is filed by the petitioners to bring the applicants 1 to 3 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased S.V.Prakash as the petitioners 2 to 4 in O.P.No.224 of 2022 may not be allowed.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments within a period of two weeks.
