O R D E R

Heard Mr.S.Balasubramaniam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondent and appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the Wakf Application No.6 of 2013 expeditiously.

3.Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondent Board submitted that the Board is now been re-constituted and functioning and sufficient time may be granted to the Board to enquire into the petitioner's application and consider the same.

4.In the light of the above said stand taken by the respondent to enquire into the petitioner's Wakf Application, there will be a direction upon the respondent to hear the petitioner and all other persons who are likely to be aggrieved, in person and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of personal hearing.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
