ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to give adequate police protection to safeguard the life of the petitioner at his cost by considering his complaint dated 07.02.2016.

The case of the petitioner is that he has obtained a decree in O.S. No.413 of 2011 in his favour from the District Munsif Court, Perambalur, despite which, the private respondents are causing disturbance to him and therefore, he is before this Court.

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 07.02.2016 based on which petition enquiry is pending Arumbavoor Police Station in CSR No.32 of 2016. 4.

Under such circumstances, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.32 of 2016 by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law in order to protect the rights of the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
