Heard Mr. M.R.Gokulakrishnan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. K.V.Sundararajan, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 10.32 a.m. today.

Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent has filed Written Submission dated 12.07.2022 in which it has been stated that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Second Respondent by Order in Moo. Mu. No. 7785/Vo1/2015 dated 27.05.2022 had directed that the salary for the period from 01.02.2016 to 06.12.2016 shall be paid to the Petitioner and if any third party agitates the 2/4

matter in future, the same would be recovered from her and its copy has been produced. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
