Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a representation to the Respondents for allotment of seats under NRI Quota. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a representation to the Respondents in respect of his grievance. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.17812 of 2018 is closed.
