] This Court disposed of this Habeas Corpus Petition on 30.06.2023, after recording the fact that the case is not one of illegal detention or unlawful custody and by directing the Registry to list the matter for report.
2.Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for report".
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the detenue was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate and that she agreed to go with her parents and therefore, she was allowed to go with her parents.
4.Though the learned Additional Public Prosecutor brings it to the notice of this Court the subsequent events that had taken place, this Court simply records the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenue was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned.
