The petition is filed to condone the delay of 307 days in preferring the Revision.
2.Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel, entered appearance for the respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 307 days in preferring the Revision is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
5.The counsel for the petitioner is required to serve copies of the Typed Set of Papers to the counsel for the respondent, before the matter is listed for admission.
6.Registry is required to ascertain if the learned counsel for respondent has filed his vakalat and accordingly, print his name in the cause list, as and when the matter is listed for admission.
