This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the petitioner complaint dated 19.12.2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, E3 Police Station, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 006 to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Egmore Chennai - 600 008 for reinvestigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
