The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 115 (2), 118 (1), 351 (3) of B.N.S., (Sections 294 (b), 323, 324, 506 (2) of I.P.C) read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.345 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners herein are not arrayed as accused in Crime No.345 of 2025.
