2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
