[a] To pay the plaintiff a sum of Rs.25,20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs and Twenty thousand only) being Rs.20,00,000/- towards advance sale consideration paid by the plaintiff to the defendant on 21.08.2015 and a sum of Rs.5,20,000/- towards interest thereon at the rate of 24% per annum from 21.08.2015 to 03.09.2016 and future interest at the rate of 18% p.a from the date of plaint till the date of realization. Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this suit, as the matter is settled out of Court between the parties and she has also made an endorsement to that effect on the plaint.
