The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to release the document bearing receipt No.4027/2024, bearing temporary No.TP/194480459/2024, dated 13/09/2024.

2. Heard Mr.Madhuprakash and Mr.R.Sasikumar for the respective parties.

3. The learned Government Advocate states that the composite value for the property has been fixed and orders have been passed to the effect that an amount of Rs.56,000/- has to be paid to the writ petitioner. He further adds that if the petitioner approaches the Sub-Registrar, the orders will be issued and once the payment is made, the document will be released. The said statement is recorded.

4.The petitioner shall approach the Sub-Registrar for release of the document. He shall pay the composite amount, which has been fixed by the Sub-registrar and take back his document.

5.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
