The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the appeal remedy before the 3rd respondent. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

2. Leave is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal remedy before the 3rd respondent.

3. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed an application before the 3rd respondent seeking 2/4

interim relief. The 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the said application filed by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
