O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) Since there are certain allegations regarding undue influence on the petitioners to withdraw the complaint, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before this Court. The first petitioner is duly present before this Court and would submit that on his own, he is withdrawing the complaint as the matter is settled and there is no undue influence or coercion exercised on him to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle along with his Counsel. In view of the endorsements and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and first petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
