Learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Government with a representation. In view of the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is dismissed with such liberty. In case any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Government, on merits and as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
