(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate once in every 15 days. But, the petitioner had appeared only on 23.01.2020 and thereafter, he did not comply with the condition and this Court adjourned the matter today for reporting compliance. Even after the adjournment, the petitioner has not appeared before the said Magistrate to comply with the condition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
