Heard Mr.G.Murugendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The Petitioner seeks for a issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider her representation and delete the name of Panchayat Hospital from the patta issued by the Tahsildar appearing in Patta No.333.

3.According to the petitioner, the lands in Survey Nos.174/2 and 188/1 are the petitioner's ancestral properties and 'A' register shows the name of the petitioner's grand father in survey no.174/2, ie., I.Subbaraya Mudali and in respect of survey no.188/1, shows the name of I.Kalathi Mudali, who is great grand father of the petitioner. The petitioner would state that it is not known as to how the land is shown as Panchayat Hospital. Therefore, a representation is made by the petitioner to correct the entry and grant patta in her name and the same is pending before the respondents.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contention, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner and affording opportunity of personal hearing within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above observation, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
