The Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings Na.Ka.No.P7/2015/26136, dated 06.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to promote the petitioner for the post of Professor in the respondent University by considering the petitioner's past service.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
